Botijo Rojo and Blanco in one of Dublin’s top Michelin-starred restaurants
Long Wines is proud that Botijo Rojo and Botijo Blanco are now on the wine list of Chapter One, a Michelin-starred European fine dining restaurant in Dublin, thanks to the great work of importer J. C. Kenny & Co.
Located in the basement of the Dublin Writers Museum, Chapter One has been on the list of Michelin-starred restaurants in Dublin since 2007, one of only 11 Michelin-starred establishments in Ireland, of which 4 are in the capital. It has also won many other awards for Best Restaurant, Best Wine List and Best Chef since opening in 1992.
Selected by sommelier Ed Jolliffe on a list sourced from “small organic or biodynamic producers where possible” to compliment the menus designed by Head Chef Ross Lewis, El Botijo Blanco is the only Garnacha Blanca on the list which includes 7 other Spanish whites, while Botijo Rojo represents Garnacha from Valdejalón alongside well-known names from Rioja, Ribera del Duero and Priorat.
